“Visit colleges on a weekday when classes are in session to better visualize if you can see yourself attending there. You’re visiting a school, you might as well see what it’s like when it’s in session.”
What do you learn from interacting with Carthage students?
“I learn a lot, actually — new things every day. It’s really interesting to see emerging academic and social trends. Things are always changing.”
What do you value most about working at Carthage?
“I value the variety of people in our learning community. Students, faculty, and staff are all very different, but all bring something unique to the table.”
Hobbies:
“Enjoying family life and the continuous exploration of a wealth of topics through reading and experience.”
Favorite Carthage tradition:
“I love our mascot, Ember, at all of the athletic events.”
What would people be surprised to know about you?
“I am old enough to have a child who is 2007 Carthage graduate.”

“Discover the inner harbor area eateries and museums, and explore the Green Bay Road corridor of shopping and restaurants.”

“Coffee Pot for breakfast and lunch, and any restaurant named ‘Mike’s’ for dinner!”
