Ashley Greenwood ’14, MS, LAT, is the Clinical Education Coordinator for the Athletic Training Education Program and Assistant Professor of Exercise and Sport Science. She received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Carthage and her master’s degree in health and kinesiology from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in educational leadership with an emphasis in health and human performance from Concordia University-Chicago. Ashley has worked at a variety of health care facilities and has been a Certified Athletic Trainer at DII and NAIA institutions, small and large high schools, and various clinics. Ashley also has experience in teaching various courses for CAATE accredited institutions at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She taught lower and upper extremity clinical and classroom courses, health in today’s society, and kinesiology. While working at these facilities, Ashley served as a primary injury reporter for the NFL Korey Stringer Institute Grant for high school athletics.
